In a finished home, many smart products can be fitted into existing switch and light positions. We check what wiring you have, recommend products that suit it and avoid systems that will leave you with flickering lamps or dropouts.
During a rewire or extension, there is a chance to do more, such as wiring for a dedicated lighting control system, adding neutrals to every switch and cabling data to every room. We talk through how far you want to go and design around it.

Not usually. Many smart switches fit existing wiring, though some need a neutral at the switch. We check before recommending a product.

Can you improve my Wi-Fi as part of the job?
