Structured data cabling.
Cat6 and Cat6a cabling, comms cabinets and Wi-Fi access point runs, installed neatly, labelled clearly and certified link by link.
The network your business runs on.
Every phone, PC, access point, camera and door controller depends on the cabling behind it. Poorly installed cabling causes slow, unreliable networks that are hard to fault find. Well installed cabling just works, for years.
We install structured cabling to recognised standards, dress it neatly into cabinets, label both ends and test every link with a certifier. You get the results, so you know exactly what you have.

Cat6 or Cat6a?
Cat6 supports gigabit speeds comfortably and is the right choice for many offices. Cat6a supports 10 gigabit over the full 100 metre channel and handles the higher power used by modern access points and cameras better, so it is often the better choice for new installations that need to last.
We will recommend the right cabling for your building and how you plan to use it, and price both options if it helps you decide.

Questions about data cabling.
How long does a cabling installation take?
It depends on the number of outlets and the building. A small office can be done in a day or two; larger floors are programmed in phases.
Can you work while our office is open?
Yes. We can work around your staff, or out of hours where the work would be disruptive.
Do you test the cabling?
Every link is tested with a certifier and you receive the results with the handover documents.
Can you tidy up our existing comms cabinet?
Yes. We re-dress, re-label and remove redundant cabling, which often fixes intermittent network problems on its own.
Do you also do the electrics?
Yes. Power and data from one team means containment, floor boxes and cabinets are planned together.
